Known as one of the strongest, most versatile species of wood, Southern Yellow Pine is the ideal choice for both builders and do-it-yourselfers. Whether treated or untreated, our stores stock varying widths and lengths up to 24 feet. Lengths of 26’ through 36’ are stocked in fingerjoint spruce. Engineered wood products, such as I-Joists, LVL’s, Rim Boards, and Glulams, provide more strength with less material than traditional lumber are always available.

Everwood is our choice for most of our treated materials. It’s environmentally friendly and uses the most advanced preservative process in today’s market. In addition to our standard lumber widths and lengths, we stock rough, full-dimension treated lumber in 1×6, 1×8, 2×6,2×8, and 2×12, with a treatment retention of .80, which is specially used for freshwater applications, such as docks, retaining walls, etc. Treated pilings come in lengths from 10’ through 40’. Readily available are rough or S4S treated columns- 6×6, 8×8, 10×10, 12×12.

Plywood vs. OSB(Oriented Strand Board), whichever you or your builder decides, we stock it. The price point on OSB is usually its best selling point; however, some builders, remodelers, and architects still prefer plywood for subflooring and underlayment due to its water-resistant edges.
